Free of charge up to 2 hours before, from the link in your text. After that, call us: someone else may take the slot.

What if I'm late?

If you are more than 10 minutes late, the service may be shortened so the next client isn’t delayed. After 15 minutes, the booking is cancelled.

How do I pay?

At the shop, cash or card. Some bookings may require a card deposit, which is deducted from the total.

Yes. Pick “Tuns Signature” and add the child's age in the notes so we set aside the right amount of time.

Between 20 and 60 minutes depending on the service. The exact duration is shown on each service and is the time reserved for you.

Do I get a confirmation?

Yes. A text when the barber confirms your time, usually the same day. Tick the box when booking and you also get a reminder the evening before. Both have a link to move or cancel.
